1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the rrph Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited;
• All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete;
• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party or using funds derived from illegal activities;
• You understand and accept the risks associated with online gaming, including the risk of financial loss;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or violation of these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To use the rrph Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card) for verification purposes.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account with rrph. The creation of multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in:

• Immediate suspension or permanent closure of all accounts;
• Forfeiture of any funds, bonuses, and winnings in those accounts;
• Exclusion from future promotions and possible legal action.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with anyone;
• Log out from your account at the end of each session, especially when using shared or public devices;
• Immediately notify rrph if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Not allow any other person to use your account for any purpose.

rrph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your rrph account using any of the approved payment methods, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and GrabPay. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The payment method belongs to you and is registered in your name;
• The funds you deposit are not derived from illegal or fraudulent sources;
• You authorize rrph to deduct the specified amount from your chosen payment method.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity, address, and payment method);
• You must meet any applicable wagering requirements tied to bonuses or promotions;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name;
• rrph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or as part of anti-money laundering checks.

Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests. rrph will not charge fees for withdrawals, but your payment provider may impose their own fees.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

rrph is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with all applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulations. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

rrph offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to our players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be accepted before claiming any bonus.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, rrph's decision is final.

5 Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the rrph Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased results. We partner with reputable gaming providers whose software is independently tested and certified by accredited testing agencies.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Chip Dumping: Intentionally losing to another player to transfer funds;
• Bot Use: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games;
• Exploiting Errors: Taking advantage of software bugs or errors to gain unfair winnings;
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider;
• Insider Trading: Using non-public information to place bets (applies to sports betting).

Any player found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and funds forfeited. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and report such activity to PAGCOR and law enforcement.

5.3 Betting Limits and Responsible Gaming

rrph encourages responsible gaming. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through your account settings. 6 Liability and Disclaimers

The rrph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the Platform operates smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. rrph will not be liable for:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by third-party software providers;
• Loss of funds due to user negligence (e.g., sharing account credentials);
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banks;
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects game outcomes, rrph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Our maximum liability to any player will not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident.

7 Account Suspension and Termination

rrph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information;
• You are engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior;
• Your account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform;
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon account closure, you will forfeit any outstanding bonuses. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to rrph, unless the closure is due to fraud or breach of Terms, in which case all funds may be forfeited.

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closures are permanent and cannot be reversed.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials available on the rrph Platform are the property of rrph or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform;
• Use the rrph name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. rrph collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By using the rrph Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.

10 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Customer Support: First, contact our customer support team via Live Chat, email, or Messenger to attempt an informal resolution;
2. Formal Complaint: If the issue is not resolved, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with all relevant details;
3. PAGCOR Dispute Resolution: If the matter remains unresolved, you may esc alate your complaint to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations;
4. Arbitration: Any remaining disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings conducted in English in Metro Manila.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against rrph. Each dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only.

11 Amendments to These Terms

rrph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR regulation.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

12 Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and rrph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The failure of rrph to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
